Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card charge until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial expires and you won't be billed.

What counts as an 'active job'?

Any job listing with a status of Active. Paused or Closed listings don't count against your quota, so you can archive completed jobs to free up slots.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time through your billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you charge a commission per hire?

No. GigRusher uses flat monthly subscription pricing. There are no per-hire fees, no success fees, and no hidden commissions.

What happens if I reach my active job limit?

You'll see a clear message letting you know you've hit your plan's limit. To post more, either upgrade your plan or close an existing listing to free up a slot.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your billing portal.

Do you support multiple users or team members?

Employer accounts are currently single-user. Multi-seat team accounts are on our roadmap — contact us if this is a priority for your business.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. ACH bank transfers are available on request for the Recruiting Partner plan.
